So when I asked Ronnie Tucker who leads the marketing and communications department at New York Road Runners about her career path, she gave me quite a journey. It was a journey that was kind of like a marathon with lots of different stops and directions along the way and the path led her to exactly where she should be. Take a listen as to how New York Road Runners uses social media and how Ronnie found her perfect position.

One of my favorite things on All The Social Ladies is when I hear someone's passion that starts on the side and is able to be turned into full-time career. I love the story from Lia Zneimer who works on the brand team at WeWork. She just started pinning on the side when she was at Scholastic out of pure passion for the brands that she was working on. Next thing she knew, she was working at in social media. Take a listen.
