This week we revisit my conversation with Jessica Williams, the Director of Global Innovation Marketing & Analytics at Visa. She is focused on designing and delivering omni-channel marketing strategies in support of Visa's new product platforms and capabilities to drive customer adoption, consumer engagement and increase product demand. Jessica specializes in utilizing groundbreaking marketing techniques and analytics in delivering innovative payment and technology solutions for Visa's customers. Prior to her current role she was leading the social and digital analytics at Visa BtoB and corporate marketing. Prior to Visa, Jessica worked at Yahoo! and WCG in the bay area serving in her last role as a Senior Analytics Strategist. She is one Social Lady you don't want to miss.
