All the Social Ladies with Carrie Kerpen

Laurie Meacham is the Manager of the Customer Commitment and Social Media team JetBlue Airways. She helped shape JetBlue's social strategy and form the framework for a cross departmental working group. Officially started in October 2010, the Salt Lake City-based team currently consists of 25 crewmembers and operates in tandem with New York City-based experts from other departments, including Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Loyalty to address customer concerns or deliver real-time customer feedback to those internal resources best suited to address them.
