Julia Pimsleur is the CEO and Founder of Little Pim, the leading system for introducing young children to a second language. Little Pim has won 25 awards and features the proprietary Entertainment Immersion Method. She has raised over $25M including $4.5M in venture and angel funding and $20M in philanthropic dollars. Julia created the Double Digit Academy as a forum to support and mentor women while helping drive the number of women-owned, VC-funded businesses into the "double digits".

Dayna played a pivotal role in the move from yellow page advertising to interactive channels while increasing occupancy and reducing CPAs with more efficient online channels. She currently oversees all social media, content marketing and branding functions for the organization.
