Lori Feldman is Global Head of Social Media for Cigna International, where she is responsible for enterprise social media marketing initiatives, as well as those in support of markets and segments. Lori joined the company in 2012, having spent twelve years with Citigroup Global Transaction Services (GTS). Before joining Citi, Lori spent seven years as a marketing and creative services consultant, with a broad, global client base including firms in pharma/healthcare, technology, shipping, publishing and e-business sectors. She has also held a variety of marketing and advertising management positions at Gannett Newspapers, YM Magazine, CBS/Fox Video and Rolling Stone. Lori was a three-year Co-Chair of Citi’s Women’s Council’s Developing Talent Program, an initiative focused on training and mentoring high potential women. She also supported marketing initiatives for Citi’s Corporate Banking Diversity program. This busy Social Lady is also the co-founder of the Connecticut-based theater group, Two Turkeys Productions, and enjoys performing improv and sketch comedy when she’s not performing marketing.
