Daniella Nabuco is the Senior Manager of Social and Digital Marketing at Materne North America, GoGo squeeZ. She oversees digital strategy, content creation, and social media community management for the popular healthy kids snack brand with a focus on engaging consumers in the social and digital realms. At GoGo squeeZ, Daniella has built a large and engaged social fan base, and has continuously worked to convert new consumers to the brand through various digital initiatives. Being at the forefront of the social media era has allowed Daniella to fully grasp and be nimble in the always-changing space. She’s passionate about getting behind the psychology of people’s online behaviors and creating sharable and engaging content that will inspire brand lovers both old and new. Prior to joining GoGo squeeZ, Daniella consulted for various travel and tech-startups in the South Florida area, helping them build their digital and social presence.

Laura Powers is the Director of Global Social Media Marketing at Cisco. With 25 years of experience, Laura’s career spans many facets of marketing, PR, and communications. In her current role, Laura has responsibility for executing the social media strategy across Cisco including company-wide social policies & digital training programs, social campaigns, listening, social selling, and online communities. 
 
Laura has been recognized for building world-class social programs and leading a high performing team that delivers award-winning campaigns, launches, and programs. Among her many accomplishments, Laura was honored with a Communicator Award from the International Academy of the Visual Arts.
 
Laura also serves as a board member at Hope Rising where she creates positive change through arts-related events that foster education and awareness about domestic violence.

Carla Zanoni is responsible for for exploring and developing state-of-the-art news delivery and storytelling, including new social media platforms and texting platforms for The Wall Street Journal. She also serves as Audience Development Director, overseeing both the social media team and newsroom analytics team. 

Before coming to the Journal, Zanoni led national digital and social strategy at New York and Chicago-based DNAinfo.com and worked as a metro reporter for more than a decade in New York City, writing for numerous city-wide publications, including The New York Times. 

Born in Argentina and raised in New Jersey, Zanoni is an alumna of Columbia University School of Journalism. She started her journalism career as a freelance reporter, and also helped start City Hall (now called City and State), the first weekly newspaper dedicated to New York City politics. She then founded a successful hyperlocal blog, learning how to quickly build a community on social media. 

She received four awards while covering New York City since 2001, including an award from the New York Press Association for a two-part series on street prostitution and another from the Newswomen’s Club of New York for her coverage on Occupy Wall Street. 

She is a regular panel moderator and public speaker, appearing on Fox News, C-Span, NBC, and WNYC. Her specialties include social media, audience growth, community building and digital publishing.

Marie Bonaccorse is an experienced and seasoned Social Media Manager. She spent four years as the social media & community manager for some of Procter & Gamble’s largest and most iconic brands. She brought life, laughter and fun into Bounty, Charmin, Gillette and Puff’s social media before deciding to leave and start her own consulting business, The Sassy Tweetress. Her “keep it real” attitude has helped bring about accolades from numerous trade and media publications. Her real time responses and witty conversations have earned Charmin the title of Sassiest Brand on Twitter from Time Magazine as well as numerous Best In Class social media lists. A busy mom of three little ones, her home life definitely feeds her creativity and work. Originally from Puerto Rico, her father’s work with the military afforded her the opportunity to move all around the world. Lyndsay Signor is the director of Social Media Marketing at NBC Sports and the Olympics. She has been in this role since January, 2013 and is responsible for overseeing social media strategy and social media initiatives and operations for content surrounding the sports that air on NBC and the NBC Sports Network. In 2014-2015, she lead the social media strategy and execution behind two of the year’s largest sporting events: 2014 Sochi Olympics and Super Bowl XLIX. Lyndsay is a three-time Emmy award winner, two time Emmy award nominee and in the Spring of 2015 was named one of Cynopsis Media’s Top Women in Digital. Prior to her career at NBC, Lyndsay served as a producer at Trailblazer Studios in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Jen McClure is a marketing and communications professional with nearly 30 years of experience. She is currently VP of Digital & Social Media at Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals. She leads the company's Digital Center of Excellence, and her role focuses on digital strategy, enablement and governance. In 2008, Jen helped launch Redwood Collaborative Media, and served as CMO from 2008-2010, when the company was acquired and relocated. She managed marketing and PR for Ziff Davis, was an account executive at Ketchum Public Relations, was a business reporter for the Hudson Valley Business Journal, and co-produced/co-hosted a community affairs radio program in the Hudson Valley, New York. From 1990–1992, Ms. McClure managed research and publishing for New Electronic Media Science.Jen has received the Eclat Award for Marketing Excellence; is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, earned her masters degree at Stanford University, and holds a graduate certificate in History, Politics & Society from Oxford University. She was formerly the Associate Director of Digital and Social Media at Garrett Popcorn Shops, where she helped build and manage their social media, web, email, and eCommerce strategies. Elly has been working in the digital space for the last 7 years and has created, executed, and managed social media communities for over 350 companies, athletes, celebrities, organizations, and brands. Over the years, Elly has developed her methodologies from her work at her own consulting company, years at Weber Shandwick and time spent launching the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women's Soccer League. Nisha Chittal is a journalist and social media strategist who is currently Manager of Social Media & Community at MSNBC. In this role, she leads and develop msnbc's social editorial strategy, audience growth and engagement, social TV integrations, and emerging platform strategy. She also writes and reports for MSNBC.com about politics, technology, and women's rights and feminism, and has appeared as a guest on Shift by MSNBC to discuss these topics. Prior to MSNBC, Nisha led social media at the Travel Channel in Washington, DC, and prior to that, she worked at digital agency MXM Social, advising a variety of brands on social and digital strategy. Most recently, she published an essay in the Amazon Kindle Serial "The 10 Habits of Highly Successful Women." She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
