Amy Binder is CEO of the New York City-based RF|Binder. For close to 30 years, Amy Binder has been committed to bringing new and innovative thinking to the public relations field. Since founding RF|Binder in 2001, Amy has focused on working with major corporations, brands, government organizations, destinations and institutions on corporate reputation and brand marketing assignments. Previously she was President/Americas for the Ruder Finn Group where she, along with her father David Finn and her siblings, built the company into one of the largest independent public relations agencies in the world. Amy is on the board of the Institute for Public Relations. She also serves on the Media Advisory Committee for Brown University and serves on the Brand Leaders Forum for the Center on Global Brand Leadership at Columbia Business School.

Lori Feldman is Global Head of Social Media for Cigna International, where she is responsible for enterprise social media marketing initiatives, as well as those in support of markets and segments. Lori joined the company in 2012, having spent twelve years with Citigroup Global Transaction Services (GTS). Before joining Citi, Lori spent seven years as a marketing and creative services consultant, with a broad, global client base including firms in pharma/healthcare, technology, shipping, publishing and e-business sectors. She has also held a variety of marketing and advertising management positions at Gannett Newspapers, YM Magazine, CBS/Fox Video and Rolling Stone. Lori was a three-year Co-Chair of Citi’s Women’s Council’s Developing Talent Program, an initiative focused on training and mentoring high potential women. She also supported marketing initiatives for Citi’s Corporate Banking Diversity program. This busy Social Lady is also the co-founder of the Connecticut-based theater group, Two Turkeys Productions, and enjoys performing improv and sketch comedy when she’s not performing marketing.

Bethany Evans recently joined Southwest Airlines as Business Consultant Social Market Strategy. Prior to joining Southwest, she served as Social Media Manager at JCPenney, where she led the engagement team in content creation and community management across JCPenney’s social channels. Bethany has planned and executed a number of industry-leading campaigns including #JCPCup and #StompALittleLouder, and she has been a featured speaker for SocialMedia.org, discussing how to win at social media contests. A Colorado native, Bethany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Washington & Lee University in Virginia.

Mallorie Rosenbluth is the VP of Client Services at Likeable Media. Prior to joining the team, Mallorie was a marketing consultant at Wegmans Food Markets. Her previous roles at Likeable include Director of Small Business and Managing Director of New Client Strategy. Mallorie now oversees both account and creatives service and ensures clients have a “likeable” experience and the teams produce amazing work that get results. Her speaking credentials include Social Media Week, NYU’s Social Media Intensive Week, Digital Summit (Phoenix, Long Island), and others. She was a 2011 recipient of the Social Media Society’s Social Media Star Award and was named a 2014 Rising Social Media Star by Schaefer Marketing Solutions.

Deirdre K. Breakenridge is Chief Executive Officer at Pure Performance Communications. A veteran in PR and marketing, she is the author of five Financial Times books - her most recent book, Social Media and Public Relations: Eight New Practices for the PR Professional, was published in May 2012. Deirdre is an adjunct professor at New York University (NYU), an online instructor for UMASS at Amherst Journalism Department, and she speaks nationally and internationally on the topics of PR, marketing and social media communications. She also serves on the Board of the Social Network Association and is working with the founders on the #50Shows Empowering Women Movement giving women a voice and platform through media.

Jessica Kalbarczyk is the eternal optimist with a passion to learn and expand her already in-depth of knowledge of social and digital communications. A Buffalonian by heart, and South Carolinian by home, Jessica currently manages social media for Furman University in Greenville, SC. Jessica started her own communications consultancy, Glass Half Full Communications. The experience helped to solidify Jessica in the social media industry both on a regional and national scale. Within a year Jessica was hired by Samsung Electronics to manage and build their social media customer support. For close to three years, Jessica went from a one-woman show to seven employees managing all customer concerns via social media. Within that same year, Jessica turned back to one of her first loves, higher education. She has since been with Furman University for almost a year. Doubling followership, increasing engagement by the millions and turning Furman University's social media presence into one of the strongest in the Southeast.
